Mission Office

This tenant improvement project envisions a new headquarters for a world-renowned design consulting company. Located in the Mission District of San Francisco, the project, with Jensen Architects, is  a major renovation to an existing concrete factory building. With 89,000 square feet of space spread across 4 stories, the design prioritizes creating connections between levels and letting light into the deep floor plates, while giving consideration to complex lease and phasing requirements. The project is in construction.
